Chief William F. Kelly (Ret.) brings thirty-nine (39) years of professional fire service experience to ABLAZE LLC. Starting his career with a municipal fire department in Connecticut, Chief Kelly has acquired an extensive background in fire suppression, fire prevention, fire arson investigation and post blast investigation. He has received training at several universities throughout the United States and advanced training at the National Fire Academy and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center at Glen Co Georgia. In addition to his training and experience he has demonstrated great commitment to professional organizations. He is a member of the International Fire Chiefs Association, NFPA, International Association of Arson Investigators, New England Fire Marshals Association, New England Fire Chiefs Association, Connecticut Association of Auto Theft and Arson Investigators and is a charter member of the Connecticut Chapter of the IAAI of which he has serves as a Director. Chief Kelly has lectured and authored several articles with regard to fire investigation, fire prevention and life safety.

Patricia Gallagher Boyne, Co-Owner and Treasurer of ABLAZE LLC has an extensive background in governmental management, business organization, supervision, reporting and research skills.
As Treasurer/ Clerk of the Board of the West Shore Fire District (an independent taxation District in the City Of West Haven) from 1988 - 2002 she was responsible for the formulation and execution of the District annual budget. In addition her duties included but were not limited to: collection of the Districts Revenue, State grants, purchasing, administration of the Districts pension plan, liability, health and compensation insurance programs, bonding, payroll, state and federal reporting, and investments. She played a major role in the growth, administration and restructuring of the Fire District.
As Tax Collector for the City of West Haven from 1985-1987 she was responsible for the collection of taxes for the City of West Haven and it's three independent Fire Districts. She initiated and directed the transition to a computerized collection system and assisted in the development of the cash collection software program.
As a Real Estate Appraiser from 1978-1985, she was responsible for the valuation of Commercial, Industrial and Residential properties in a timely, accurate and accepted manner. She worked through many municipal revaluations and dealt extensively with major banks, insurance companies, mortgage companies and attorneys.
Patricia Gallagher Boyne received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and History from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. She received the designation of Certified Connecticut Municipal Collector from the University of Connecticut, Institute of Public Service with concentration on Municipal Finance administration and Management; Connecticut Tax Collection Administration and Law; Connecticut Government, Supervision and Public Relations. Other educational courses include Income Producing Properties and the Appraisal of Residential Real Estate offered by the Society of Real Estate Appraisers at the University of New Haven.

Richard F. Boyne III, Building/Life Safety Code Consultant for ABLAZE LLC offers a vast and comprehensive background in Building and Code compliance matters. Mr. Boyne was licensed in 1993 by the State of Connecticut, Department of Public Safety as a Building Official He has served the Town of Trumbull as it's Assistant Building Official and the Towns of East Haven and presently Wallingford Connecticut as it's Chief Building Official. At Porter & Chester Institute, Stratford, CT, Mr. Boyne was an Instructor of Architectural & Civil Design. Previous to that he spent twenty-five (25) years in the construction field. Mr. Boyne was honorably discharged from the US Army where he did a tour of duty in Vietnam. Mr. Boyne is a member of the Connecticut Association of Building Officials, New England Building Officials Education Association, Connecticut Association of Plumbing & Heating Inspectors Association and Connecticut Zoning Officers Association.

George Ambriscoe. Fire Investigator Consultant for ABLAZE LLC has served the Milford, CT Fire Department for thirty-seven (37) years. The past twenty years Mr. Ambriscoe has worked as Fire Investigator/Life Safety Code Specialist. He is a Certified Fire Investigator. for the International Association of Arson Investigators. He also is a State of Connecticut Certified Fire Marshal Mr. Ambriscoe is a member of numerous fire service organizations. He has conducted training in fire investigation and fire prevention. Mr. Ambriscoe has received numerous awards and commendations for his work.
